Problemas ao acessar VRE JUCESP

Bom dia pessoal, estou com problemas ao acessar o site da Jucesp desde ontem, mais alguém esta com problemas ao acessar?
Segue abaixo errro:

The page you are attempting to access requires your browser to have a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) client certificate that the Web server will recognize. The client certificate is used for identifying you as a valid user of the resource.

Technical Information (for support personnel)

Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 403.
Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled About Certificates, Using Certificate Trust Lists, Enabling Client Certificates, and About Custom Error Messages.

Tente o seguinte procedimento:

Pelo navegador Internet Explorer:
1. Entre em “Ferramentas”
2. Clique “Configurações do Modo de Exibição de Compatibilidade”;
3. No campo “Adicionar este site”, digite sp.gov.br e clique em adicionar;
4. Na mesma tela, existem três opções para seleção: mantenha a primeira desmarcada e as duas últimas marcadas

Você tem alguma pessoa responsável pelo T.I.?

Minha sugestão é verificar diretamente, pois no geral, esses erros estão relacionados ao que eu citei acima.
