Adesão ao Domicílio Tributário Eletrônico (DTE) no E-Cac

boa tarde amigos,

fiz a adesão ao domicílio tributário eletrônico (dte) no e-cac, estou tentando visualizar o termo assinado e aparece a seguinte mensagem de erro:

e se tento salvar o arquivo, ele salva em extensão .pk7. até onde eu sei esta extensão é quando o arquivo está danificado.

alguém sabe me informar se é possível visualizar o termo de adesão assinado?
