ERRO NO ASSINADOR SERPRO (SOLUÇÃO)

Bom dia amigos,

Para quem está com erro ao abrir o Assinador Serpro (falha de conexão com a internet), consegui resolver do seguinte modo:


Opção 1:

1 - Localize o arquivo HOSTS, no caminho: C : / Windows / System32 / Drivers / Etc    

2 - Faça um backup do HOSTS

3 - Abra o arquivo com o bloco de notas

4 - Apague todo o texto do arquivo e cole o comando abaixo:

# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.

# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost

127.0.0.1 assinador-desktop.serpro.gov.br

5 - Salve o arquivo e reinicie o Windows


Opção 2:

Acesse outro computador que esteja com o Assinador Serpro funcionando, copie o arquivo HOSTS e cole no computador com problema.
