ERRO DAS SIMPLES NACIONAL

BOA TARDE ! AMIGOS uma pergunta, o erro é geral no acesso tanto pelo código tanto pelo certificado digital quando entramos para acessar fazer a guia das simples nacional?

estou com este mesmo erro também, é um problema na criptografia do site, um erro do próprio simples!
a solução que meu suporte técnico me deu foi  " limpar o cache sempre após declarar uma empresa" ou seja, sempre que fizer a declaração de uma empresa, limpar o cache, fechar o navegador e abrir de novo e fazer isso sempre, da um pouco de mais trabalho mas é o que esta funcionando por hora.

Limpem o cache, estava com o mesmo problema e resolveu limpando o cache.
