SUBSTITUIÇÃO TRIBUTÁRIA – Combustível

Confaz altera margens de valor agregado de combustíveis
Este Ato modifica as Tabelas I a XIV anexas ao Ato 42 Cotepe/ICMS, de 20-9-2013, fixando Margens de Valor Agregado (MVA) a serem utilizadas no cálculo da substituição tributária do ICMS pelo Estado de São Paulo, com efeitos a partir de 1-2-2017.

O Secretário-Executivo do Conselho Nacional de Política Fazendária - CONFAZ, no uso de suas atribuições e considerando o disposto na cláusula oitava do Convênio ICMS 110/07, de 28 de setembro de 2007, torna público que o Estado de São Paulo, a partir de 16 de janeiro de 2017, adotará as margens de valor agregado, a seguir indicadas nas Tabelas I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII e XIV do Ato COTEPE/ICMS 42/13, de 20 de setembro de 2013.
