Cadastro de CEI doméstico pelo Esocial

Há dias venho tentando cadastrar uma CEI de empregado doméstico para um cliente pelo site do esocial, no entanto, depois de cadastrar um código de acesso e senha, aparece a seguinte tela, apesar de tentar de diversos navegadores:
